« International Class 009 which specifically covers the following: “computer software for beta testing, crash reporting, and quantitative and qualitative analytics information concerning use and functionality of computer software applications; computer software for distributing computer software applications for beta testing; computer software development kits for beta testing computer software applications; computer software development tools for beta testing computer software applications “
International Class 042 which specifically covers the following: “computer consulting services, namely providing quantitative and qualitative analytics information, beta testing, distribution, and crash reporting concerning use and functionality of computer software applications; providing online non-downloadable software for use in providing quantitative and qualitative analytics information, beta testing, distribution, and crash reporting concerning use and functionality of computer software applications; computer consulting services, namely design and development of mobile computer software applications.”
As Brent Dirks first reported, while many iOS users probably haven’t heard of TestFlight, it is a major help for developers. Before officially releasing their apps in the App Store, developers can use the distribution service to beta test and fine tune any lingering issues. »
